charming stay
traditional decor lovely breakfast friendly staff
i found the decor very french and traditional. breakfast in the basement was lovely and well-located near cafes and shops. the staff were very friendly. i stayed with my son and we loved it.
i found the hotel does not offer complimentary coffee or tea in the room. all the other hotels provided the basic amenities.

the room was spacious and had great soundproofing. i also noticed the room darkening curtains and awnings. the bathroom featured high-end finishes with a gorgeous sink and a big bathtub.

the location is quiet, yet central in the saint germain neighborhood. it's close to the musée d'orsay, blvd saint germain, rue du bac, and public transportation, very convenient. i also liked being on a quiet street.

charming stay with great service
convenient location tasty breakfast personable staff helpful staff
i found the location very convenient. it was close to both the rue de vac and a subway stop. i easily connected to various points in the city. the breakfast was tasty, and the staff members were personable. they were helpful like the rest of the hotel staff.
basic amenities such as complimentary coffee and tea would have improved the room. all the other hotels i stayed at during my trip provided these amenities, sometimes at a lower price.

The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to many local attractions.
The room was too hot, even with the heating turned off. I couldn't find a water glass of decent size. The noise from adjoining rooms was disruptive. Pipes and thin walls did not block sounds.

the location was superb it was close to the musée d'orsay as well as shops and restaurants. the room had a very historic feel i noticed empire and older furniture. breakfast and the bar are located in the cellars.

superb location comfortable room
the location is superb, a short walk to the musée d'orsay. the surrounding area includes upscale shops and restaurants. the hotel evokes a historic feel with its décor and furnishings. i particularly appreciated the comfortable room and relaxing salon.
the breakfast felt quite basic for a hotel of this caliber. i expected more variety and quality for a 4-star hotel. it impacted the overall value for money.
